Terms and conditions — Mr Punter Casino

Last updated: 22 July 2026 · These terms govern the use of the site mr-punter-uk.com, operated by Mondero Enterprises Ltd under a licence from the Anjouan Gaming Board ALSI-152406028-FI2. By registering and using the site, you accept these terms in full.

1. Definitions

  • "Operator": Mondero Enterprises Ltd, holder of the Anjouan Gaming Board licence under which mr-punter-uk.com is operated.
  • "Site": the mr-punter-uk.com platform and its mobile version (PWA), including all games, promotions and associated services.
  • "User": an individual aged 18 or over who registers and uses the Site.
  • "Anjouan Gaming Board": the offshore regulator that issues and oversees the licence.
  • "KYC": identity verification process (Know Your Customer) required before the first withdrawal.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Site is restricted to persons who meet all of the following conditions simultaneously:

  • Being aged 18 or over at the time of registration
  • Having a verifiable residential address
  • Not being registered on Anjouan Gaming Board self-exclusion programmes nor on any judicial register barring participation in games of chance
  • Not being an employee, contractor or immediate family member of the Operator's or the Anjouan Gaming Board's staff
  • Having full legal capacity to enter into contracts

3. Account registration

Registration is 100% online from the Site. You must provide truthful and up-to-date personal information. Only one account per person is allowed — verification by photo ID, email, billing address and payment method is used to block duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be cancelled and any linked winnings voided.

4. KYC verification

The Operator is required by the Anjouan Gaming Board licence to verify the identity of each User before processing the first withdrawal. The documents required are:

  • Photo ID (driving licence or passport)
  • Selfie holding the same ID
  • Proof of address less than 90 days old (utility bill or bank statement)

Review time is 24 business hours. If documents are insufficient or inconsistent, clarification is requested by email from the registered email address.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit: £10
  • Minimum withdrawal: £20
  • Maximum daily withdrawal: £5,000 (larger withdrawals require additional compliance review)
  • Maximum monthly withdrawal: £50,000
  • Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer (Faster Payments), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and DOGE
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposits (per anti-money-laundering rules). If you deposited by PayPal, the withdrawal goes to PayPal.
  • Withdrawal times vary by method: PayPal/Skrill/Neteller within 24 hours, crypto within 15-30 minutes, bank transfer up to 48 business hours.

6. Tax

Gambling winnings are generally not taxable for UK residents under current HMRC rules. Because Mr Punter operates under an offshore Anjouan licence rather than a UKGC licence, no UK gambling duty is withheld at source. Consult a qualified tax adviser if you have significant winnings or specific circumstances.

7. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses offered by the Operator (welcome bonus, reloads, cashback, free spins) are subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page. General rules applicable to all bonuses:

  • Only one active bonus per User at a time
  • Mandatory rollover before withdrawing bonus winnings (rollover multipliers vary per promotion)
  • Maximum bet limited whilst rollover is active (typically £5 per spin)
  • Using abusive strategies (equal-bet spins, mathematical patterns) or multiple accounts voids the bonus
  • The Operator reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions with prior notice by email

8. Game rules

All games offered use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories recognised by the Anjouan Gaming Board. Results are irrevocable. In the event of disagreement with the result of a round, the User must report the incident within 48 hours along with the round ID; the compliance team will review the game provider's logs.

9. Prohibited conduct

  • Use of VPNs, proxies or anonymisation services to simulate residence in an authorised territory
  • Collusion between Users in multi-player games
  • Use of bots, scripts or automated software
  • Bonus abuse: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses
  • Deposits from payment methods not owned by the User
  • Identity impersonation
  • Threats, insults or offensive language to support staff

10. Account suspension and closure

The Operator may suspend or close an account in the event of violation of these terms, suspected fraud, a negative KYC outcome, or a judicial/administrative order. If the account is closed, the real balance (excluding un-cleared bonuses) is paid out to the verified withdrawal method within the usual timeframes.

11. Responsible gambling

The Operator provides responsible gambling tools — deposit/loss/time limits, temporary and permanent self-exclusion. See the responsible gambling policy for full details. In case of difficulty, contact the GamCare helpline on 0808 8020 133.

12. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time under a requirement of the Anjouan Gaming Board or by decision of the Operator. Modifications are notified by email from the effective date. Continued use of the Site after notification implies acceptance of the modified version.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the regulatory framework of the Anjouan Gaming Board. Any dispute is submitted to the competent bodies within that framework, after the internal complaints channel and escalation to the Anjouan Gaming Board have been exhausted. Mr Punter is not UKGC licensed and disputes are not handled by UK ADR schemes.

14. Contact

Enquiries about these terms: support@mr-punter-uk.com. Formal complaints: complaints@mr-punter-uk.com. Live chat 24/7 from the site.
